At Georges Hobeika, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our luxury creations. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items remain in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging and include the completed return form to ensure the garment remains protected during transit.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our concierge team to schedule a collection with our authorized courier at a time most convenient for you.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
